Presidents Club, ClubElite and Cornerstone are exclusive incentive program for Wyndham employees. The incentive events are held for the top performers of each category, sales, marketing, and resort operations. The purpose of the book was to provide a full narrative about each event that would encourage the employees to work hard in an effort to be invited to the events. We were there to document each trip in a way that would make others drool over the opportunity to be invited to the next one. Travel destinations have included Hawaii, the Bahamas, Scottsdale, Arizona and various resorts in Mexico.

We had to always keep the book’s design and purpose in mind while taking photos. Through lifestyle photography, we were able to capture candid images of the attendees’ experiences to document their memories while leaving others aspiring to perform and be a part of their adventures. Because their full experience included the extravagant resort environment, we also captured the resort’s offerings in architecture and amenities. To capture the full story of the incredible destinations, it is also important to capture the beauty of the environment, its culture and its people.


The goal was to create a book after photographing three incentive events for the company. The finished product serves as an enticing recruiting tool for new hires and a memory coffee table book for the event attendees.
